1. Register as a new user if don't have account.
2. After registed as user then log in.
3. After login then click on the register buttons of the respective services.
4. Click on the register button of Registration of I, II, III & IV Class contractor if want to apply for I, II, III & IV Class contractor.
5. Or click on the register button of Registration of Special Class contractor contractor if want to apply for Special Class contractor.
6. Or click on the register button of Road cutting permission if want to apply for Road cutting permission.
7. After applied verification process will be done in back office.
8. After approved certificate will be uploaded.
9. Download the certificate
