Factory Permit Requirements

1. Site plan showing
   1. Location of immediate neighbours
   2. Approximate distance of location from
      1. Road
      2. Landmarks
2. No objection certificate of local authority (village chief etc)
3. No objection certificate of immediate neighbours with witness
   1. Name of immediate neighbour with signature
   2. Cardinal Location of immediate neighbours should be show
4. Pollution certificate from Manipur Pollution Control Board
5. Land ownership certificate
   1. In case the land does not belong to the applicant then a lease deed/power of attorney is required.
   2. The lease deed/power of attorney is to be drawn on non judicial stamp paper.
   3. The lease deed/power of attorney is to be signed by a public notary.
6. Address proof of the applicant
7. Identify proof of the applicant eg. AADHAAR, Driving Licence etc.
8. Passport size photo of the applicant.
9. Mobile number of the applicant
10. Project report.
11. Deposit of processing fee amount of which will depend on the number of workers to be employed and the quantum of power to be used for running the factory.

Documents required for licence

1. Stability certificate for the factory shed. The certificate is to be signed by Civil Engineer not below the rank of an Assistant Engineer.
2. Fire safety certificate from Fire Department
3. Electrification compliance certificate from
   1. MSPDCL or
   2. PWD
4. License fee.
